UPDATED July 23rd, 2012. NEW Holiday Isle Condo Auction 2012 on Dauphin Island
A new auction has been scheduled by the lender of the remaining individual units in Holiday Isle.
Unit sales have been brisk this year and several 2 and 3 bedroom condos have just closed and others are still under contract. Any units under contract will continue and not be impacted by the auction. If you want to select a unit now there is till time to buy before the auction and choose the unit/floor you want.
There is ONE spectacular 3/3 end unit I can sell but it is from a private seller and is not listed and not part of the auction.
The Holiday Isle building is NOT for auction as it is solvent, fully funded and owned by the Homeowners Association. (HOA)
