Good day Slater,
The rates for 2009 are:
2/2 $525.20
3/2 $639.24
As the building insurance covers most units from the wall out plus developer supplied appliances, floor coverings and cabinets, your interior insurance is needed just for personal furniture.
I can send you detailed PDF’s of the expenses covered if you would like more detailed info.
Thanks, Marion
